This Creative Schmuze must be meticulous in designing social media posts, social ads, branding and websites, has the natural creative eye and can actualize creative concepts into reality. This ingenious Schmuzer must be able to captivate and influence the client and their fans through witty, out-of-the-box designs that represents the brand’s unique story. He/she must be able to keep up with the trends. Research is key with this position as we strive to provide our clients with work that is at par with international standards. He/she must be a team player and must be dependable, willing to learn, ready to work above and beyond based on our client needs. Inventive, inspired and motivated, to be part of the Schmuze Crew, you must put the E-X-T-R-A in the ordinary.
Technical Skills Required:
- Must have at least 2 years experience in the creative field – conceptualizing, designing, and developing.
- Must have a multi-media degree or equivalent
- Must have atleast intermediate skills in typography
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with the latest Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in motion graphic design, animation, video editing, and GIFs
- Basic knowledge and hands-on experience in Shopify, Wix, WordPress, and MailChimp
OTHER MUST-HAVES:
- Superior verbal and written communication skills (including the ability to write creative briefs, interact effectively with clients, and to make creative presentations) are a key to this position.
- Ability to produce eye-catching designs in a timely manner
- Able to provide impeccable customer service, courteous, prompt, and timely response to clients.
- Able to work independently and as a team member to complete projects
- Detail-oriented works well under pressure, flexible
- Understands the varying needs of a small-medium size-independent company
